Dave earned a B.S. in Physical Education from Adelphi University. He is certified as a Health Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as a Youth Fitness Specialist, by the American Academy of Health and Fitness. Additionally, Dave is a certified TRX Suspension Trainer.
Currently, Dave is the Fitness Director at Dany Holdstein Two Worlds, which he has called his home for the past 20 years. His clients range from adolescents, college students, pro athletes, men, women and seniors. Recently, Dave was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the two-time Heavyweight Champion of the World, Shannon Briggs, while he trained for the World Title Fight against Vitaly Klitschko.
Dave is an accomplished award winning bodybuilder, including the American Natural Bodybuilding Conference’s Mr. Jr. New York, and the United States Overall Championships. As a result of his success, Dav has been featured in over 40 fitness publications, videos and magazines. He believes that the significant key to achievement and success in health, wellness and fitness is “consistency in effort to the desired goal.”
Anthony is an ACSM and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a USA Trained Amateur Boxer, Level 2 Kettlebell Certified Instructor through Cultivated Strength, and Certified TRX Suspension Training Specialist.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from C.W. Post Long Island University. where he was an Adjunct Professor for the Department of Physical Education as well as Personal Training Manager and Group Fitness Instructor for the school’s recreation center. It was there that his passion for health and wellness began, creating strength and condition programs for the lacrosse, softball, volleyball, equestrian teams, in addition to students and faculty.
Anthony is now the President of Ultimate Performance + Fitness Inc. which was established in 2006 and since worked with thousands of people, from his in-home/gym clients to his group fitness classes. Whether it is working with beginners, athletes, or individuals who require injury rehabilitation, Anthony has experience at many different levels creating custom programs for all.

Hashim a graduate of the Exercise Physiology Program at C.W. Post LIU and the Massage Program at NY College of Health Professions. He has acquired numerous national certifications such as, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Sports Nutritionist (SN). Being skilled in American and Dutch Style Kickboxing from Panza mma, Over the 15 plus years in the fitness industry he is now the Vice President of Ultimate Performance + Fitness Inc. Once a high intensity athlete, Hashim has come to know and understand the psyche of all levels of athleticism and fitness. As strength coach at L.I.U Hashim has experience with football, lacrosse (men & woman), softball, equestrian, swim team and basketball (men & woman). As a graduate of the college of health professions, hashim obtained a medical massage license giving him the ability to specialize in shoulder and hip injuries. Ultimately Hashim is the one stop shop when it comes to fitness, he can build you up break you down and help your body recover all in one. Strong mind, stronger body.
Ernie has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1995, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor. His goal is for “you to leave stronger than when you walked in.” Ernie has a great sense of humor, but he wants everyone to set goals and challenge themselves.
Pete is an enthusiastic interval step and kick boxing instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer He motivates his students to work hard and succeed.
Rich has a B.S. in Physical Education from SUNY College at Cortland. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, and also as a Health/Fitness Instructor. Rich is an award winning competitive body builder. When training his clients, Rich, a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, motivates his clients to “makeup their minds to do something, and then do it.”
Rhonda earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees from Indiana University, where she was also an Associate Professor. She is certified in Palates Mat/Reformer, Step, and Strength and Conditioning. Rhonda is a well respected professional, whose background includes serving as Fitness Supervisor at the Sid Jacobson JCC in East Hills. An award winning national coach to the U.S.A. Sport Aerobic Team, Rhonda practices what she preaches by living up to her own potential, and then raising the bar. Her extensive dance background gives her the unique ability to address the specific and special needs of dancers, helping them prevent dance related injuries.
